1. Customized Filtration Solution Matching
We deliver targeted filter customization schemes tailored to different equipment models, operating environments and filtration precision requirements.
We provide flexible customization on overall dimensions including outer diameter, inner diameter and height. Multiple types of filter media with different dust holding capacity, separation efficiency and pressure drop levels are optional to fit diverse gas and liquid filtration scenarios.
Our technical team sorts out matching parameters and offers professional selection suggestions according to your actual working conditions.
2. Complete Sample Support Service
We support sample testing for all filter series before mass production.
We arrange sample production strictly in accordance with customized size and material standards, and deliver samples within agreed lead time. Sample cost can be deducted from subsequent bulk orders.
3. Packaging & Shipment Specification Customization
We adjust outer export carton sizes, packaging quantities and shipping marks based on your logistics and warehousing demands.
Reasonable packaging structure effectively protects filter elements from extrusion and damage during long-distance sea or land transportation. Mixed loading of gas filtration, liquid filtration and newly developed filter items is acceptable for both sample and bulk shipments.
4. Full-cycle Order Tracking & Coordination
We act as exclusive coordinator throughout the whole order progress.
We keep real-time updates on raw material preparation, production schedule, quality inspection, packaging progress and delivery schedule. Any adjustment demands during production will be communicated and confirmed promptly between both sides to avoid delays.
5. Stable Bulk Supply & Flexible Batch Arrangement
We maintain stable production capacity relying on long-term partnered filter manufacturing bases.
Small trial batches and large-volume bulk orders are both acceptable. We arrange production schedules reasonably according to your order cycle to ensure stable, on-time repeated supply for long-term cooperation.
